The Rapid City Police Department is investigating a stabbing that occurred about 12:20 a.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2007, at 1902 N. Lacrosse in Rapid City.
36-year-old Irv Cottier was stabbed numerous times and was transported to Rapid City Regional Hospital where he is currently listed in serious condition. The investigation is ongoing and no suspect information is available at this time.
