During the early morning hours of Saturday, October 20, 2007, 25 properties in the East North Street area of Rapid City were vandalized with graffiti. The graffiti contained symbolism known to be used by street gang members. An investigation yielded the identity of three juvenile suspects ranging from 11-13 years of age. The case is turned over to the Pennington County State’s Attorney Office for criminal prosecution.
