Rapid City, S.D. –Rapid City police have arrested Ronald Edwards, 34, of Rapid City, in connection with a series of burglaries that occurred throughout the city over the last few months. His brother, Jason Edwards, was also arrested July 28 in connection with the burglaries.

Ronald Edwards was taken into custody on Aug. 16 for a parole violation, and has since been charged with multiple counts of third degree burglary and conspiracy to commit third degree burglary. Police believe the brothers are responsible for the burglaries of several baseball field concession stands, in addition to a string of burglaries at local businesses.

Both men are currently being held at Pennington County Jail. The investigation is continuing.
