August 5, 2010 - DUI Checkpoint

On 8/7/10, the Rapid City Police Department, in conjunction with the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office and South Dakota Highway Patrol, will be conducting a DUI checkpoint in Rapid City. Intoxicated drivers continue to present a substantial risk to the general public throughout western South Dakota. The Rapid City Police Department maintains a commitment to the identification and apprehension of intoxicated drivers.
