In the afternoon of June 14th, 2007 – Anthony One Feather turned himself into law enforcement authorities in Ziebach County. Arrangements were made to transport him back to Rapid City. He has been incarcerated at the Pennington County Jail, and has been charged with 1st degree Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit 1st degree Robbery, and Assault. The following 2 suspects continue to remain at large:
· Andrew Brown, 17 years old, Rapid City
· Sloane Bull Bear, 17 years old, Rapid City
Anyone with information regarding the location of these two suspects is asked to call the Rapid City Police Department at 394-4134 or 394-4131. Citizens are warned not to approach these suspects, as they have recently committed a serious violent crime and could possibly be armed. This case continues to be under investigation.
