December 8, 2008 - Allen Kissner Death Investigation - 2nd Arrest

A second arrest has been made in connection with the Allen Kissner homicide investigation. Nancy Ellwein was arrested on December 8, 2008, for accessory to 1st Degree Murder. Allen Kissner was found with a single gunshot wound to the head, Monday, November 24, 2008, at the Sheridan Lake, Dakota Point picnic area.
Accessory to 1st Degree Murder is a class 5 felony: punishable with up to five years in the state penitentiary and a fine of $10,000 may be imposed. A bond of $2,500.00 was set.
