November 26, 2008 - Allen Kissner Death Investigation Follow-up

Investigators have arrested Robert Goulding (51) of Rapid City, in connection with the Allen Kissner homicide investigation. Allen was found with a single gunshot wound to the head, Monday, November 24, 2008, at the Sheridan Lake Dakota Point picnic area. The two men were familiar with each other.
Robert has been charged with first degree murder. First degree murder is a Class A Felony, punishable with the death penalty or life imprisonment in the state penitentiary. In addition, a fine of fifty thousand dollars may be imposed.
