November 7, 2008 - 6th Street Bridge Suspicious Death

Investigators from the Rapid City Police Department and the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the discovery of the body of a deceased female in the area near the 6th Street Bridge in Rapid City. Officers responded to the scene at approximately 10:20 a.m. this date after the body was found by a couple walking in the vicinity. At this time the event is being investigated as a suspicious death. Additional details will be released upon the determination of the circumstances.
