November 3, 2008 - Suspicous Death

The Rapid City Police Department and the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a suspicious death that occurred in the area of 110 East Watertown. On 11-01-2008, at approximately 4:12 pm, Rapid City Police Officers responded to a medical call at an address in that area. When they arrived they found an unresponsive female, later identified as Laura Moore (50) from Rapid City. She was transported to Rapid City Regional Hospital and pronounced dead a short time after arriving.
An autopsy is scheduled for November 4, 2008, to determine the cause of death.
This investigation is on-going.
