Traffic Tip for the week of September 2, 2008 - Speed Limit in School Zones
With school now in session, drivers need to be more aware of children traveling to and from school. State law and City ordinance require drivers of motor vehicles to reduce their speed to fifteen miles an hour when children are going to or from school, during a school recess, or when such roads are marked as school zones.
