The victim of the shooting on June 28, 2008, at 1520 5th Street has been identified as Paul Ortiz, age 41, of Rapid City.
The case has been turned over to the Pennington County States Attorney’s Office for prosecution. Please contact their office at 394-2191 for additional information.
