Who are you?

The Air Quality Division needs your name, address, and phone number. This information will be kept confidential.

Address
Phone No

What is the source of the air quality complaint?

Explain the source (mud tracking, wood smoke, etc.) of the air quality problem and how it has affected you.

What is the location of the air pollution source?

Provide an accurate description of the location (address, business name, resident name, house color, etc.).

When does the problem occur?

It is best to call when the problem is occurring. If there is fugitive dust from a construction site or mud tracking on the street, if possible, determine the name of the business or person generating the fugitive dust or mud tracking. The Air Quality Division will inspect the site as soon as possible. If there is a smoke problem, please note the day and time of the problem and if there is a pattern. Typically smoke problems occur outside of business hours; however, the Air Quality Division can send a courtesy letter to the location of the air quality complaint. If necessary additional follow up will be conducted.
