Wade E. Nyberg

 

Wade Nyberg was born and raised in Groton, South Dakota. He completed his undergraduate studies at South Dakota State University, graduating in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with highest honor. Mr. Nyberg went on to graduate and legal study at the University of South Dakota, earning Juris Doctor and Master in Public Administration degrees in 2003. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Nyberg served as a law clerk for the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court from August of 2003 until July of 2004. He was admitted to practice law in South Dakota state courts in October of 2003. In August of 2004, Mr. Nyberg became associated with the law firm of Bennett, Main & Gubbrud, P.C. in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. He was admitted to practice in South Dakota federal district court in October of 2004, and in the state courts of Wyoming in October of 2005. Mr. Nyberg moved to Rapid City in May of 2007, and became associated with the law firm of Lynn, Jackson, Shultz & Lebrun, P.C. In October of 2008, Mr. Nyberg was appointed to his current position as assistant city attorney.
